I wish to visit Tibet from India. How do I come and wish to know the cost?

I will like a 4 star accommodation and will like to see places and the Himalayas

Do you want to visit in recently?
If yes, the official government announced that no foreigners is allowed to enter into from Fen.15, 2015. Until nowadays, there is no update information. If it allows foreigners, you have to join a tour to visit this area through a formal travel agency.
