train ticket in China

Hello Dear,
1/ for example: I booked a train ticket from Beijing to Xian on March 20, 2015, but i couldn't make it on that day. May i come the rail station to change for the next day March 21, 2015? what should i do if i can't make it on time?
2/ we have 5 train trips in China, so i will pick up 5 tickets 1 time at first rail station or each trip at rail station where i am going to?

1. Yes, you can change your ticket to another day on condition that tickets for March 21st are still available. They may deduct some service fee, so you may have to pay a little more.
2. Hi, it is fine to collect all your ticket at any railway station. But here is the rule. For example, if you pick up a ticket at BJ Railway Station for the trip of Shanghai to Suzhou, you need to pay CNY5 service fee.
