About:China Business Visa

i owned a shop in china

i want to ask ...... it is a restaurant i am going to start .... am i allowed to stay for long time to run my restaurant of pakistani food? and when i applied here for lisence they said me to get buisness visa first .... what should i do now ?

Have you registered your business in China? If yes, you should first come to China with a business M type entry permit, then apply for a work permit in China, and then go back to your country with the work permit to apply for a work Z type entry permit. Documents required for applying the Z type include: a valid passport and a photocopy of your passport, a filled application form affixed with your recently taken photo, the work permit, the invitation letter or invitation confirmation letter from the duly authorized unit, and a medical report authenticated by the Pakistani Forign Affairs Ministry.
