About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Company owner applying for a residence permit

Hello, my husband and myself would like to create a company with some local chinese people. I am wondering how is the visa process going to happen in that case? can we directly apply for a residence permit or what is the process?

You should first get a work visa, but the thing is you need to find out whether your company is qualified to hire a foreigner. Only after you get the work visa, can you get a residence permit in China.
