I want to apply for free scholarship in China. But, the source suggested that to consult the dispatching authorities for scholarship details and application instructions..So,where can i find the China's dispatching authorities in Ethiopia...Thank you in advance.

The dispatching authorities can be the governmental education department or relevant entity of your country, the Chinese embassy in Ethiopia, or the Ethiopian embassy in China, or some universities and research institutes in China. You should consult it with the CSC.
