Sorry, China Post doesn't have surface mail service for Singapore. You may send them to Singapore by ship. A 10kg parcel costs around 164.9 RMB. A 20 kg one costs around 273.9 RMB.0

Am I right in assuming that the figures that you gave me are for registered airparcel to Singapore? Grateful if you can give the price for registered surface mail to Singapore for 10Kg
and for 20Kg
