About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

Does she need a VISA for her visit?

To whom it may concern,
I have a family member who would like to visit Vancouver, BC and traveling from Hong Kong. Thank you in advance.

Does she hold HK passport? If so, she needn't apply because she enjoys six months free stay in Canada. If she holds PRC passport, she needs to apply one in advance.
