Hi I'm a domestic helper here in hk and want to have  holiday in china ..can I apply for Chinese tourist entry permit. and how many days they will allow me to stay

If you don't have Hong Kong resident status, I am afraid that you may not apply successfully in HK. You will be required to apply from Chinese embassy in your own country. But you may try some agencies. They might help you with your application. Of course, they charge service fee. I personally think that you may be granted with a 30-day duration of stay. It means that you can stay as long as 30 days.
