I need a visa application form to fill

Hi sir how are you i need application form for fill. I have Chinese invitation to apply. Please confirm it what documents i should attach thanks. Your answer will be highly appreciated. Thanks

You can download the application form from this website or the website of the embassy. What type are you applying for? The required documents vary according to your visit purpose.

Apart from your passport, application form affixed with a recent six months passport photo, you should provide the following documents:
1. a letter of confirmation or invitation letter issued by duly authorized Chinese unit.
2. invitation letter from your Chinese business partner.
3. a guarantee letter from your company.
4. tax proof of your company or business license (copy version).
5. recent six months bank statement.
6. round-trip air tickets and hotel booking if you come for the first time.
