About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Collection of ticket in advance

I would like to book a ticket from Shenzhen to Guilin for 1st April 2015, would I be able to collect it from Shenzhen Station several weeks prior to departure, say 7th March 2015.

Yes, you can collect it at anytime as long as you have the pick up number.
