About:Embassy of Costa Rica in China
Do Chinese nationals living outside Shanghai or Beijing Need to visit embassy twice?
The website seems to say that Chinese need to apply. First they need to apply for permission to apply, then go back for application and an interview about two months later. Is this correct? Thanks!
