I'm thinking of producing music. Is it worth starting this year?

I'm born on June 22, 1976 at 5:40 pm EST. I work as massage therapist but do not like it anymore, and want to pursue bigger business in the tech industry. From what I read here is that it's not good to change jobs this year? I am self employed.

However, I would like to start producing music on my computer as an artistic and business opportunity.
