About:Chinese Embassy in Croatia

Question concerning the 72-hours Transit Non-Visa possibility for Croatian citizens:

Does this mean, that if my stay is below 72 hours, I do not need an entry permit - or only in case I travel from China to a further destination (not return)?

And are the concerned authorities informed about this possibility? I have encountered uncomfortable situations when it took quite a while to pass immigration due to similar issues.

Thank you!

Andrew, only when you are travelling from country A to country B via China and your stay is less than 72 hours, you can enjoy the free transit policy. The concerned authorities know the free transit policy weel as it has been implemented for several years.
