My wife and friends are going on cruise from Osaka to Singapore one of the stop is Shanghai then Hong Kong my question is what she needs to have in order to get Chinese visa.Thank you .

Nikolay, how long will you stay in Shanghai? If you stay less than 24 hours, you needn't apply one in advance. If your total stay more than 24 hours, then you need to apply for a G type in advance. It requires your passport, application form, a recent six months passport photo and your cruise ticket.
