about ticket collection

I want to buy two tickets for D74 departing on April 30, 2015 from 12:55
Shenyang North to Beijing at 17:47. My questions are:

1) If I buy now via PayPal on your site I will anyway wait till February 23 (60 days from date of travel) to get the code?
2) Can I collect them at Lijian railway staion on Arpril 08, 2015? I understand I will have to pay 5CNY additionally, right?
3) Does Beijing mean Central Beijing station?
