About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

hello shanghai via beijing exit

I fly into shanghai with a hotel confirmation and visa

however i fly back through beijing on connecting flight

am I allowed three more days in beijing since i have a flight out of beijing

Kehya, you say you hold the entry permit for China? If so, you can travel around during the allowed stay. Is your entry permit still valid? If yes, you can go to Beijing for the connecting flight.
