Please advise how long it will take for the processing and how much for the cost for single entry and multi entry.

Shingman, it is not suggested that you apply for it at Macau, as the commisoner office there generally only issue China entry permits to those who have residency permits in Macau. Anyway, FYI, the processing takes four working days and MOP 210 for single entry and MOP 520 for six-month multi-entry type.
