If you booked the ticket from us, you can inform us at least 24 hours in advance and we can cancel the ticket for you if the ticket have not be collected or delivered. We will refund you the money returned from the Railway Authority. If the ticket is collect or delivered, you need to return the ticket at train station by yourself. Thank you.0
