transit visa for seaman in hong kong

hi, I am a bangladeshi seaman, I have to join ship in hong kong ..what are the documents and how many days needed for process ..I have very tight scedule as the ship will only stay between 13-16 feb and it is already 7 th feb,,,pls advise

Safaat, I'm afraid you don't have enough time to deal with it, as the processing takes four to six weeks.

thanks ....I already applied through seaman transit entry pemit //it needs ...1.passport 2.copy of passport in A4 size paper 3.letter of invitation /guarantee from shipping agent in hong kong 4.seaman book original and photocopy 5.confirmantion of air ticket reservation (not full ticket only reservation ) .....processing time only 24 hours.

Dear jimmy , Hong Kong visa in bangladesh is accepted through China embassy .You need to apply for transit visa ,The form you can download from the website of HK lmmigration Department and all requirements I already mentioned in my previous post .You must have a LOG(letter of guarantee ) from Hong kong agent and should show your CDC original ..And also Air ticket reservation (not ticket only reservatioin) and company agreement /contract . Apply urgent with extra fee ...Please confirm with your own country china embassy ,as there may be different system in your country
