About:Chinese Embassy in Ukraine

what type of visa should i apply for if I'm planning to visit for a month?

I want the address of china embassy in Ukraine, Kiyv , in Russian language if possible.

You should apply for a L type. As for the address, you may make a phone call to ask the embassy directly.
