About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Will this qualify for the 72 hour free transit in Beijing?

I will fly Kiev to Beijing via Bangkok and Hongkong (no stopover just change planes) as there is no direct flight from Kiev and will 2 days later fly from Beijing to Bangkok via Hongkong (no stopover just changing planes) and then stay in Bangkok.

As you are flying from HK to Beijing and then back to Hong Kong, I think the itineary is not valid for using the 72 hour free transit.
