About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

The Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized I have is a scanned copy I printed.

The School I will be working for in China hasn't mailed documents. So I have to bring the printed copy to the Embassy. Will that be acceptable?

Justin, you can give it a try. According to the embassy, scanned invitation letter is ok. However, the embassy still has the right to ask you provide its original version.
