About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Will there be any problems with the 72hr visa? Many Thanks.

Hi, my wife and I are flying from London non stop to Shanghai we will then 5 hours later on the same day fly to Ho Chi Minh and are not bothered about leaving the airport at Shanghai on that day so I presume no problem. However after our 2 week holiday we will fly from Siem Reap to Hongkong and 3 hours later catch a connecting flight to Shanghai. We are booked into a hotel in shanghai for that night and the next day. At 10am the following morning we fly back to London so we will be in Shanghai for approx 48hrs.

It's ok. You are eligible for 72 hours free transit for your return trip.

Thanks for putting my mind at rest. There seems so much confusion about this subject, either that or I am totally stupid. Probably the latter. Once again thank you.
