Analou, each type is issued for a certain purpose. Why does your employer visit mainland China? According to what you said, your employer should be a foreigner, right? If so, he should apply from the Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in HK. It is located at 3rd Floor, ChinaResourcesBuilding, No.26, Harbor Road, Wanchai.

hello. you have to ask your employer the purpose of your visit. because your visa will depend on it. if its a L type your boss can help you with that considering you have the right papers that you are a legit worker.

Your employer can apply your visit visa at any China Travel Agency in Hong Kong, just give her your Passport, HK ID and employment contract. It takes 3weeks for the processing.
