About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Is Ireland included within the 51 countries eligible for the 72 hour visa?

The Republic of Ireland seemed to be on one list and not the other. I want to stop off in Hong Kong on my way back to the UK from Australia.
Thanks,

The 72h TWOV is just available in mainland China, not in Hong Kong. Ireland citizens can stay 90 days visa free in Hong Kong.
