First M type visa - how long can I get it for?

Hello everyone,

I previously held two single entry tourist types to China. I am about to start a business relationship, and I'd like to obtain a proper multiple entry one, so that I don't have to go through the application process every time. Can my first M type be multiple entry? Is it possible to get it for 12 months?

Hi Mark, if you are applying for the multiple entry M type for the first time, you have to present photocopies of the previous M types you have got in the past two years. Otherwise, you can only apply for the single or double entry M type. Anyway, you can submit the photocopies of your previous L type to facilitate the application process. After you have obtained two or more M types, you can apply for the multiple entry M type.
