Greek and Korean passport

Hi, I have a Passport from Greece and my friend has a passport from Korea. We are in Hong Kong for 2 months (no visa) and want to visit mainland China for 1 day. Is it possible to get an entry permit and how much does it cost? Does the price depend on which city we go to?
Thanks!

Yes, it's possible that you can get the entry permit from the Commisioner Office of the PRC Foreign Affairs Ministry, but if you can't get it from there, you have to turn to a travel agency for help. The cost for one entry permit is 200 HK dollars. The price is the same for any city you want to go. However, if you are just planing to go to Shenzhen or Zhuhai for one day, you can also apply for the VOA at the entry ports. The cost is RMB 160, basically equivalent to 200 HKD.
