Is it possible to change the schedule when the ticket was already been paid?

Yes, you can. If the ticket has not been issued, collected or delivered, we can make the changes for you according to the policies issued by the China Railway Cooperation. If the ticket is already in your hand, you need to handle it at the station by youself.0
