There is no direct transportation between these two places. You need to transfer.
Take subway line 2, and get off at People's Square Station. Then transfer to subway line 1 to Lianhua Road Station, Exit 3 (North). After arriving, take a taxi to the destination directly. The cab fare is about CNY 70.

Well, it is not suggested to do so. Because the taxi fare would be nearly the same. Also it may be easier for you to get a cab in Lianhua Road than Xinzhuang.
