Is it true that international passengers are not allowed to carry film rolls onto the flight (hand luggage) ? Or we can pack them in checked luggage
Is there any ways for passengers to bring along their film rolls as hand luggage?

As long as the film rolls do not contain anything offending China laws, you can bring them in, either in checked luggage and hand luggage.
