About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

I am traveling on business to China in March 2015. I have a visa that was issued 16 Feb 2011.

There is also an entry before date of 16 Aug 2011. Do I need to apply for another?

Donna, this one issued in 2011 is already expired. You need to apply for a brand-new M type for your business trip in China.
