transit visa to hongkong. i am from nepal.

Question

I will be traveling to Singapore through transit to Hongkong. Can I apply the transit type form by sending it with my friend or do I have to appear personally. How much time will it need to get it after submission?

Vivek, you need to send your materials to HK Immigration Department directly by post. If you have a friend in HK, you may ask him/her to submit your materials. It takes four to six weeks to deal wth your application.
