About:Chinese Embassy in Oman

would it be possible if my Omani friend could process the visa?

Hi. I am a Filipino working in Musandan Peninsula, to get to Muscat we need to cross 2 borders which need passport and we have to travel 6 hours by car. please advise.

Rhen, you can ask your friend to submit your application and pick up your materials for you. However, you need to show up if the embassy requires for a face to face interview.
