About:Visa Policy of China

Visa for temporary job

What are the restrictions/limitations for getting approved for a short-term (i.e. 30-day) Visa for work in China? I am a US-born US citizen with a few misdemeanors (worst is misdemeanor DUI in 2010). I will be part of a well-known traveling entertainment group. Please advise.

Carol, you can apply for the Z type as long as you provide all required documents. You still have 50 percent chance of getting it if you submit your application. If you don't apply, you have zero chance.
