About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Parent request of CHina visa's staying days limitation.

My family are all Canadian. My wife wanted to bring my daughter to visit China with travel visa for 6 weeks. I don't want my daughter to miss school and only want her to go for her spring break.
Can one side of the parent request the staying limit day of my daughter's travel entry permit?
Your advice will be greatly appreciated.

thanks

You can explain the situation to the officer at the CVASC branch, I think he or she would take your thought into consideration when granting the stay duration. To apply for the L type, your wife needs to present the round-trip tickets, so I think you can buy the tickets for them with a scheduled earlier returning date.
