Job permit cancellation

Hi Im Shiron
I have a residence visa in China & has being working here from last July & my validity is till August 2015, However I will be leaving China & going back to our Dubai office, in this way what should I do about my Z type, I would like to keep it but will have to cancel my work permit, is this ok? any problems I will face?

Please advise

If your work permit is cancelled, you should change you Z type to an one-month L type. Once you leave China, it will expire.
