Walk westwards for about 850 yards to BJ Railway Station and take airport shuttle bus BJ Railway Station Line there. It would take about 70 minutes to reach and cost CNY24.
Or you can walk to Jianguomen Station and take subway line 2 there to Dongzhimen, and then transfer to airport line to reach.
