About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

transfer time 2 hours is enough?

china eastern Paris-Osaka via shanghai-pudong. first part is opereted by Air France (MU8662) second part of the fight by china eastern (MU515). I've been told that I have to get my suitcase back and re-check in before boarding the second flight (for it's a different air company). I'm quite worried for transfer time is 2H05 and I wonder if it's enought. what's the process ? Does that mean that I'll have to leave international zone enter domestic zone ? find the china eastern counter and rec-check in ? I'm quite puzzled

Time is a little tight, so be quick and do not waste time during the transfer.
Do you hold a joint ticket? If yes, there will be staff guiding you during the transfer and it will save you time.
If not, you may still consult your airline to see if these two airlines have luggage check-through service; so it's not necessary for you to re-check your luggage.
There is usually an express passage for late passengers. If you are really in a hurry, you can ask help from the staff at the airport and use the passage.
