Guangzhou airport - how to get to British Consulate

How do I get from Guangzhou airport to the British Consulate which is located at Guangdong International Building l 339 Huanshi Dong Lu l Guangzhou 510098, Google maps say the bus takes nearly two hours, this cant be correct, is it?
I thought a taxi, but how much will a taxi cost and how much would bus ticket cost, there will be two of us travelling.
