24 hours stay permit

Hi I was just wondering if I could get out from the Beijing airport with the 24 hours stay permit to stay at a hotel as my flight will arrive from hk at 2am midnight and the next flight to Mongolia 10 hours later. I'm a malaysian passport holder. Thank you.
