how many layer of shirt should i wear if i travel to beijing in mid february 2015?

hows winter there? is it windy?

Well, it is still the winter time, very cold in BJ. The temp would be 17 – 34F. Layers of shirts may not be enough. You'd better take a sweater, a down jacket, as well as boots. Also it is windy there for most of the time.
