I am irfan with X visa, I am travelling to Kashgar via Urumqi with two separate flights, i will reach Urumqi at 00:05 and next flight for kashgar is at 8:00 in the morning, so can any one tell me about the rest lounge at Urumqi airport for domestic flights or it is suitable to stay at airport for six to seven hours?

In the airport, there are hotels for transit passengers, you can stay there for one night. In the opposite of the T2, there is a Tianyuan Hotel, you can go there.As for staying in the airport terminal building, I’m afraid you cannot. It may be closed after the last flight ends.
