Can a Singaporean work in China?

I am TEFL trained and I am interested in teaching English language in China, however, I am not sure about whether the working visa is applicable for a Singaporean to apply?

May, Singaporeans can apply for Z types. As long as you can find a school who is willing to recruit you, you can apply for a Z.
