Hong Kong Airport express group ticket

Can i purchase airport express group ticket at any mtr station in causeway bay? Or is it only available from airport express station in central? If airport express station, can i still avail of the free shuttle bus service from hotel in CB to airport express HK station since i have no proof of eligibility?

I’m afraid you can only buy the group ticket from airport express train station (HK Station, Kowloon Station or Tsing Yi Station).
You can show your airline ticket or boarding pass as a proof.
