Do you refer to Royal Phoenix Hotel?
If yes, it's suggested to take airport shuttle bus line 3 and get off at Chaoyangmen Station. Then take subway line 6 to Dongsi Station, Exit E. After arriving, walk around 765 yards to the north and you will find the hotel easily.0
