For the Yangtze river cruise, is the fog heavier in April/May or end of September/October ?

Oh, according to the previous records, the fog weather often appears in October and November every year. The best timing to enjoy the cruise is June, July and August, when the water level is high and the weather would be pretty pleasant on Yangtze River.0
