Transit visa for Hong Kong citizen

Being from Hong Kong but working in Europe (Spain), I am now in need for the transit permit to go to mainland China in a few months (as Hong Kong citizens also need the permit). Is there any possibility to get the transit permit from here, or I compulsorily need to go to Hong Kong to do it? which indeed, it would be a great inconvenience.

Lei, I guess that you must not have the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents. Am I rigtht? If so, you need to go Chinese embassy in Spain to apply for China Travel Document. It requires your passport, valid resident permit in Spain, two recent passport photos and filled application form.

After you get back to HK, you'd better apply for the travel permit as soon as possible. Then you won't have problems in entering mainland China in the future.
