About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I'm a foreigner in china. I got a contract from a record label based in hongkong.

What visa and supporting document do i need? I am from west Africa.

Will you work in Hong Kong? If so, you need to apply for the entry for Employment as Imported Workers. Documents you need to submit are: application form (ID 1001A), your recent photograph (affixed on page 1 of the application form), a photocopy of your passport, a photocopy of proof of academic qualifications and relevant working experience, and a photocopy of your medical report. In addition, your employer should submit the application form ID 1001B, four original copies of the standard employment contract (LD 294) signed between the employer and you, and a photocopy of the approval-in-principle letter issued by the Labour Department.
