Hi, I am trying to get from kunming to Urumqi, is it possible to buy a hop on - hop off ticket?

There is no hop on-hop off ticket in China, after get off the train, the ticket wouls be invailed for the rest part of trip. The only direct one from Kunming to Urumiqi is K1502 which takes about 64 hours and 30min in total.2
