About:Entry Regulations of China

I am travelling from Sao Paulo to China. Do I need a Yellow fever vaccination certificate to enter?

Candy, do you mean that you fly from Sao Paulo in Brazil? There is no regulation that requires foreigners to do Yellow fever vaccination if they want to go to China. I think you may consult with Chinese consulate in Sao Paulo.
